Return Policy

How to initiate a return/exchange 

Enter your order number along with your email or phone number on the returns center page using the link below

Items that are returnable

• An item that was delivered within 14 days
• In original condition
• Unwashed and unworn
• With original tags and packaging. 

Damaged/Defective items

Please report any damaged/defective items within 3 days of receiving to info@williamandryan.com or initiate an exchange on our returns center page.

Items that are non returnable 

• Items from the Hand Dyed Collection
• Swim
• Accessories
• Gift cards
• Items in the sale/clearance section
• Items with prices marked down 
• Items marked FINAL SALE

Returns 

Items returned for a refund will have a $6 fee deducted from the original amount for the prepaid label.

 We do not accept exchanges

If you would like to exchange an item for a different size, color or style, please start a return on your order within 14 days and store credit will be given to place a new order.

Policy on Pre-order & Pre-sale purchases

• Pre-order & pre-sale purchases CAN be cancelled as long as they have not been shipped out. Email info@williamandryan.com with your order number and request a cancellation. 
• Pre-order & pre-sale purchases can be edited for size exchanges as long as inventory allows and your order has not been shipped out.
• Our return policy also applies to pre-order & pre-sale items. We offer pre-paid shipping labels on returns with store credit or a $6 shipping label that will be deducted from your refund to original payment method.
